The term Patriot, or Patriotic does NOT mean a person who blindly follows the status quo and how the Government feels Americans should lead their lives and what to believe in. Clearly, if this were so, then Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and all the other Founding Fathers would today be called non patriots or un patriotic.

Patriotism has to deal more with the PEOPLE of a nation and how THEY feel, their needs and desires, and THEIR belief systems than any government could ever dictate. In fact, Patriotism has NOTHING to do with governments at all.

Being a True Patriot and patriotic is not a given. It takes a lot of work and dedication to Do the right thing and know the difference between right and wrong. It requires seeking out injustices and evil and bringing those things into the light of day for everyone to see it as it really is.

The Phrase 'Only the Truth can set men free' is an old and wise proverb and very true. Nothing can be done in this world to set wrong to right UNLESS the Truth is out in the open. 'Nothing Changes if Nothing has changed' is actually a well known MLM marketing term often used and it too is very true.
